Our history

My mother, Ofelia Rincón, taught me many of her cooking recipes in my youth, which allowed me to prepare meals to sell on the street.
That was the beginning of my love for cooking. I decided to look for new opportunities in the United States. From the simplest trades I was learning and developing together with my family the new Sazón of the family recipe at Chema's The Real Taco.
May 1st. 2008 this project is born that is important for us. My sister-in-law Mónica López, my son David Rincón helping out in the kitchen. Our daughters Janet and Bryanda have always been motivating Isabel (my wife) and me (José Rincón) in the task of offering our friends, clients, neighbors, a welcoming place to share and celebrate events, history and life: Chema's The Real tacos.

Nuestra Historia

Mi madre Ofelia Rincón, me enseñó en mi juventud, muchas de sus recetas de cocina, que me permitian preparar comidas para vender en la calle.
Ese fué el inicio de mi amor por la cocina. Decidí buscar nuevas oportunidades en Estados Unidos. Desde los oficios más sencillos fuí aprendiendo y desarollando junto con mi familia el nuevo Sazón de la receta familiar en Chema's The Real Taco.
Mayo 1o. 2008 nace este proyecto que es importante para nosotros. Mi cuñada Mónica López, mi hijo David Rincón apoyando en la cocina. Nuestras hijas Janet y Bryanda siempre han estado motivandonos a Isabel (mi esposa) y a mi (José Rincón) en la tarea de ofrecerle a nuestros amigos, clientes, vecinos, un lugar acogedor para compartir y celebrar eventos, historia y vida: Chema's The Real Taco.
